The deliverable is a written audit report with recommendations.
Our services are professional consulting services. We provide analysis and recommendations based on the data and information you provide to us. Results may vary based on implementation and market conditions.
The AI Business Efficiency Audit is priced at $197 as a one-time payment. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor at the time of purchase. All prices are in US dollars. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
After purchase, you will receive an intake form to provide the necessary information for your audit. Once we receive all required information, your audit report will be delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on the complexity of the audit and completeness of information provided.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform the audit. You are responsible for granting any required access to marketing platforms, analytics accounts, or other tools needed for the analysis. You represent that you have the authority to share such information and grant such access.
Upon delivery and full payment, you receive a license to use the audit report for your internal business purposes. INTACT Labs retains all intellectual property rights in our methodologies, tools, frameworks, and proprietary processes used to create the report. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the audit report without our written consent.
Our audit reports contain recommendations based on our analysis. We do not make any representations or warranties regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance improvements. Implementation of recommendations is at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INTACT Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion if we believe the client is engaging in fraudulent activity, providing false information, or violating these terms. In such cases, refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
